Opening and closing around the central axis, the centre of the waist.

 

Trust in the softness  - let go of the force.

Once it is released make no attempt to channel it.

 

Small movement – large wave.

 

Float                   disconnect                                               stillness

Sink                    neutralise to back foot                              like sleep

Centre                draw up and down                                   closing

Issue                   release / concentrate                                opening

 

Widen the hips / open the waist / open the back – let the waist float

 

Relax!

Expand the chi kung

Move in the field of mind.
