Sinking

Sinking follows the rhythm of the breath. It is the coordination of the mind and the breath to utilise one of their natural functions – namely to release tension.

Draw the breath in and draw the mind in also, then release both the breath and the mind.

To train the mind to draw into the body takes time and requires full concentration, to release is to let go.

If you exercise the slightest control over the out breath it will impede the body releasing.
